I have always had a love for anything related to movement and fitness. Growing up, I was an avid dancer and spent over ten years as a dancer, dance teacher, and choreographer.
More recently, I became a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher and received my certification as an Aerial Yoga Teacher. I learned, in my early 40's, how much I really love being in the air and upside down!
Becoming a Certified Personal Trainer has allowed me the opportunity to share my passion for wellness and fitness with women of all ages. I want to show women that there's no "right" body shape and that they can be confident and strong no matter their age or stage in life.
My style of training is very unique in that I combine all of my past experiences to tailor each client's program to fit exactly what makes them most comfortable and brings them the most joy. After all, if it's not fun, why would you wanna do it???
