
Monthly Remote Training Membership
This membership offers you remote training. You'll work directly with Karen, your coach, but you'll be working out on your own. She'll develop four personalized workouts for you per month based on your specific goals, needs, and what equipment you have available. Then it's up to you to decide when and where you'd like to complete your workouts. You'll be able to text message with Karen to ask questions and have progress reports. Bi-weekly zoom calls are also available to discuss concerns and go over any other questions you may have.

In Person Training - 3-Month Package
This is an opportunity for you to create a package for your training sessions that will bill automatically on a bi-weekly cycle for 3 months. Having the 3-Month package gives you:
~access to 26 private, individualized training sessions
~monthly nutrition consultation (if desired)
~monthly weigh-in and body composition analysis
This is a great deal if you're ready to commit to your fitness goals! The per session rate comes out to only $38! That's a savings of $12 PER SESSION over the drop-in rate!

This is an opportunity for you to create a package for your training sessions that will bill automatically on a bi-weekly cycle for 6 months. Having the 6-Month package gives you:
~access to 75 private, individualized training sessions
~access to 3 FREE private, individualized training sessions

~monthly weigh-in and body composition analysis
