I will work with you in person to determine your fitness goals and break them down into small, manageable pieces so you can see results that build your confidence and keep you motivated to move forward with making the positive changes we discussed in your 20 minute free consultation.
Each session will include a personalized workout plan aimed at helping you meet your goals with a steady, healthy approach that will set you up for continued success. Trying to make drastic changes never sticks. I'll teach you how to make small changes that will have a big impact over time.
We'll use an integrated approach to your fitness plan that includes aspects of flexibility/mobility, core strength/stability, cardio, balance, plyometrics, agility, and resistance training.
Accountability check-ins between sessions are available.
Each session is approximately 60 minutes.
